PASSION CAN CONQUER MOUNTAINS OR EVEN BUILD HIGH QUALITY HOMES
Passion is defined as a “strong and uncontrollable emotion”. We, as human beings, are often defined by what we’re passionate about. For Samridhi, it was creating fine living spaces. The real estate developer’s new project, The Envelope serves as a testament to their passion.
Located in Coimbatore, The Envelope is a closely knit community of nine luxury villas, each embodying the best of aesthetics and architecture, with a splash of modernism in design. We found ourselves fawning over the features and USPs of The Envelope when we were first introduced to the project. “Easy road up ahead“, we thought.
ALL ROADS DO NOT NECESSARILY LEAD TO ROME
The client found themselves in an air of uncertainness on how to market the property due to a rising number of competitors in the area. Their nominal pricing and specs were economical when compared to The Envelope’s upscale specs. We turned our gaze back to the project’s features and USPs. The developer’s attention to detail was flawless. In our eyes, the problem was the solution. The tagline “higher-order living” was birthed and we began to think around it.
Sukkrish Aadds handled The Envelope’s branding, design and communication strategy. This included the website and digital properties, print ads, brochure and similar offline collateral.
THE WORLD COULD USE ANOTHER HOUSE OR TWO
A design language was created in the likenesses of the project itself. The format was minimal and stylish with ample spacing much like the villas. We chose two main typefaces: one was an elegant serif font while the other was a personalised, handwritten font. On one hand, we built an authoritative and contemporary persona and on the other, we evoked a sense of warmth. The design elements fortified the sophisticated and intimate nature of The Envelope.
Our work did not just traverse the offline landscape of print ads, brochures, flyers, etc. but also the brand’s digital properties.
LAYING OUT THE WELCOME MAT
The Envelope was a head-turner from the blank page. Coupled with our ads and marketing collateral, it was unmissable. Luxury was The Envelope’s go-to word. The entirety of our work reflected the same thought. The synchronisation was perfect. Bringing luxurious and conscious living together is a daunting task, but The Envelope did just that. And to work for a brand such as that is always a pleasure for us.
